Guidelines for a perfect Les Roches Experience

Bookings
We recommend that you book your treatment/package in advance by telephone to avoid disappointment, especially evening and weekend bookings. However we do sometimes have last minute availability so it's always worth contacting the Spa to enquire.Provisional bookings cannot be made unless it's a Group booking of 4-14 people, in which case it would be held for 7 days during which time full payment would be required in order to secure the booking, otherwise it will automatically be cancelled (terms and conditions apply).
Pre-Payment
On our busiest days (Saturdays and Sundays) or if your booking is over the value of £50, full pre-payment is required at the time of your booking to secure it. This can be carried out over the telephone using VISA, MasterCard or Switch.Gift Vouchers
If using a Gift Voucher as payment please quote the voucher number to the receptionist at the time of booking and present it when checking in. Please protect your voucher and treat it like cash. Gift Vouchers will expire after 12 monthsfrom the date of purchase, and any remaining balance will automatically be deleted, rendering it invalid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations hurt our business, so please give as much notice as possible (at least 24- 48 hours) by contacting the Spa if you need to cancel or rearrange your treatment/s. If less than 24 hours notice is given or failure to attend an appointment, a 100% charge will apply. 'Group bookings, Sparty packages, Spa hire, Training courses/workshops, events etc require 7 days cancellation notice in order for a refund to be issued when bookings have been prepaid, otherwise a 100%cancellation charge will apply.
In the event of cancellation (within the required notice period as stated above) we will try to find another suitable date for your appointment or a refund can be given. If you have pre-paid and have to cancel or re-arrange your appointment (within the stated notice period) the pre-paid amount will remain on your account until you choose to use it.
Use of Spa Facilities
The indoor heated pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are available to use for FREE before your treatments (approx 1 hr), if you book any of our packages or if you spend over £50 on treatments (to be pre-booked). If your treatment/s costs less than £50 and you would like to use the facilities, you can upgrade to use them for 1 hour before your treatments by paying an additional £11.Spa facilities can only be used if you are having treatments/package and this service has been pre-booked.
Arrival Time and Checking In
Please arrive and check in at the reception desk at least 15 mins. before your package/treatment starts to allow time to complete your consultation card and/or get changed before your treatment.Late Arrival
Late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time and will result in your treatment time being reduced or not being able to honour your treatment due to other client commitments.Departure Time and Checking Out
Please check out at the reception desk at the agreed departure time, which is dependent upon the duration of your package or treatment/s and the closing times of the Spa.Spa Etiquette
The pool area is the quiet/relaxation area as there are treatment rooms off to the sides of the pool and noise travels. In consideration of clients enjoying treatments and to help maintain arelaxing and tranquil environment, clients are kindly asked to keep noise levels to a minimum when around the pool area or when in the changing rooms.The use of mobile
phones is strictly prohibited in the Spa or changing rooms.
What to Bring
If the use of the Spa facilities is included with your treatment or package, a robe, towel, slippers, a selection of toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Please bring 2 sets of swimwear so you have a dry one to change into before your treatment. If you are having a pedicure bring a pair of flip-flops to wear on your departure.
Food and Drink
We have a light lunch and dinner menu (to be pre-booked) and are fully licensed (champagne and wine). Please inform the Receptionist at the time of making your booking if you would like to have lunch or dinner.We can provide a full catering service for groups or events (additional costs will apply, to be pre-paid). Complimentary water and fruit are available throughout the day whilst you visit the Spa.
Food and drink other than that purchased in the Spa cannot be consumed on the premises.
Treatment Information
Our brochure includes guidelines for the amount of time you should allow for treatments and packages. In order to provide a professional service, your treatment time includes a health consultation at the start of the treatment, getting changed and comfortable on the couch, the treatment itself, aftercare advice and time to get changed and enjoy a glass of water whilst you relax by the pool.In the unlikely event of not being able to deliver your treatment, due to unforeseen circumstances we will do our utmost to find an alternative solution to accommodate you.
Medical Conditions
If you are taking medication or have recently received medical treatment of any kind, please check your suitability to undertake any of our treatments or facilities with your GP or Specialist.At the time of booking, please advise the receptionist of any medical conditions or medication you are taking, recent operations, allergies, injuries, limited mobility or phobias etc that could affect your treatment.
If a therapist is unable to carry out a treatment due to a potential contra-indication, we will do our utmost to offer an alternative where possible.
Pregnancy
If you are pregnant we recommend that you consult your doctor prior to making an appointment. When booking please advise us of which trimester you will be in at the time of your treatment to enable us to advise you of the most appropriate treatment.Therapists
Our team of qualified, professional Therapists offer a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge and carry out treatments to the highest of standards. They each bring their own uniqueness and personalised approach to each treatment and therefore techniques may vary between Therapists. If you prefer a specific Therapist please inform the receptionist at the time of making your booking as we offer a 'request' service for Therapists.Valuables
No responsibility can be accepted by the management for the safety of money or valuables of any kind brought to the Spa. If you do bring items, it is essential that they are covered by your own insurance.Children/Teens (under 18yrs)
If you wish to bring your daughter or son with you to the Spa and they are aged under 16yrs, please consult the Receptionist in advance as it is at the discretion of the Spa Managerif children or teens attend the Spa. All children/teens under the age of 18yrs attending the Spa must do so with a responsible adult.
