Natural Face Lift Massage
Graham's other area of expertise is 'The Natural Face Lift Massage' which involves an hour of uplifting movements on the face to tone, firm and improve the condition and look of the skin and facial muscles. It works primarily by freeing constrictions within the facial muscles and connective tissue. It is based on Ayurveda, Yoga, Polarity Therapy, and Swedish style massage.
For maximum results a course of 6 sessions combined with exercises is recommended.this is a deeply relaxing treatment which can also be used for eye strain, insomnia, headaches and stress. Reports about the treatment are in Elle, Embody, Top Sante, In Balance and Spa magazine.
